Payment
Policy: All registrations MUST be accompanied
by payment: Check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Company purchase orders or payment requisitions are
not considered to be payment.
Confirmation
Policy: Confirmations will be sent to all attendees.
Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment
is received.
Substitution/Cancellation
Policy: Substitutions are welcome. For full
or partial refund, cancellations must be received in
writing or by fax before 12:00 noon on March 3, 2003.
After that date, registrants are liable for the entire
registration fee.
Registration
Deadline: There is no registration deadline
for this event. However, in order to ensure proper processing,
registrations should be received by Monday,
March 3, 2003.
