The mission of the Postal Operations & Technologies Committee is to provide a collaborative forum to develop sound and viable solutions across the mail supply chain to remove costs and enhance efficiencies for all partners by developing best practices to enhance process integration and flow of business information; providing a forum for industry intelligence and discussions about leading edge technology and business trends and models across the supply chain; and develop guidelines and specifications to allow business process standardization.
