The Sheetfed Offset G7 Prequalification Kit was updated in 2010.  Use this kit to prequalify your process before the G7 Expert Consultant arrives on site to teach you the G7 Method.  This is a way for your print facility to keep track of your process and identify any areas needing process improvement.  This is also an excellent method of keeping track of your production consumable goods.  Many times when a drift in grey balance occurs, it may be due to a change in ink, blanket, plate, chemistry.  This checklist can help you identify what changed in your process.  Good process control is the main ingredient to a successful and consistent manufacturing process.
