From Print to Multichannel Publishing, Through PREMEDIA
Tuesday, May 1, 2012
2 - 3pm Eastern

Presenter: Joe Cha, president of Hipzone, former president of QuebecorWorld Premedia and a member of the board of directors at IDEAlliance.

This webinar examines how to effectively use your staff and technology to expand your services to the rapidly growing area of multichannel publishing.

Brand owners and publishers of content for corporate brochures, magazine ads and consumer products are concerned they cannot cost-effectively distribute content files to every smart-phone, tablet device, eReader, Web spot and print platform.

In reality, such distribution can be easily achieved by looking closely at the content file itself. Premedia service providers hold the key to effectively publishing on multiple platforms by managing files to assure they are maintained and tagged appropriately. As a result, the customer’s content can be transformed easily and quickly for many platforms, including print and digital.

This IdeasOnline Webinar is intended for providers of print and premedia services who want to increase revenues and add new customers by distributing content on multiple platforms, including smart-phones, eBooks, and tablets.

Topics include:

• Content management systems and strategies

• Metadata tools and techniques

• Publishing workflow systems

• Formatting content for tablets, eBooks and smart phones

Who should attend:

• Print and premedia business leaders

• Premedia production managers

• Brand owners and publishers
