An extension of the IDEAlliance G7 Expert & Professional Program
The G7 Process Control Program builds on the momentum of the original G7®program, which to-date has qualified more than 900 G7 Master companies worldwide and certified more than 1200 G7 Experts and Professionals. The G7 Process Control (G7PC) Program extends beyond the process of a one-time calibration, by providing a comprehensive set of tools for building a process control workflow from creative through print. Attendees of the G7PC training learn how to build a file targeted at a known industry print aim, such as GRACoL®or SWOP®, and how to maintain print and proof conditions to that same aim.
The techniques learned in G7PC include how to modify your aim when the substrate changes and still meet the customer’s expectations. Included in the training are templates for building standard operating procedures and extensive reference documents. The end result of a process control implementation program is long-lasting repeatable achievements in quality control and cost-savings. This program is a must for any individual or organization wanting to take a print production facility to the next level of profitability and repeatability, with a “yes we can print that” attitude!
