Mission
Partnership in Print Production (P3) is a network of IDEAlliance, comprised of professionals and students in graphic communications, print production, publishing and new media, whose mission is to facilitate career growth and education through peer support and the exchange of information.
P3 unifies the resources, experience and expertise of three of the graphic communications industry’s preeminent organizations – the Association of Publication Production Managers (APPM), Women In Production (WIP) and most recently IDEAlliance. With a combined history of 130 years of serving graphic arts, print production and digital media professionals, P3 is dedicated to responding to the needs of our industry.
Our organization is dedicated to the following goals:
- Presenting educational programs to enhance our members’ technical expertise
- Building and supporting an interactive network of professionals in production in print and digital media throughout the graphic communications industry
- Promoting the advancement of our members through career enhancement and job opportunities
- Providing access to cutting-edge news, technical information from industry leaders, white papers, job postings/placements and consulting opportunities through a members-only section of our website
