Participation in this working group is restricted to IDEAlliance and Print Network Members only. Print Network Membership is a limited membership and is offered to those companies wishing to gain access to the Screen, GRACoL and G7 information on the IDEAlliance website. Membership is $345/year or $690/two years.

Screen printing is unique in that it is a print process that is able to print on a wide variety of substrates ranging from textile and commercial graphics to electronic technology.  This working group will focus their efforts on four color process printing.

The IDEAlliance Screen Print Working Group, in partnership with the Specialty Graphic and Imaging Association (SGIA) will directly address best practices, specifications and tolerances for the screen print industry.

With the application of the IDEAlliance G7 method of managing neutral print density, screen printers are seeing for the first time the ability to color match to other traditional print technologies. Brand owners are requesting G7® by name. Screen printers who are applying G7 Methodology and Color Management Technology are experiencing reduced make-ready times and improved color match, which impact the bottom line in productivity and profit.
