Mr. Gelman is the Senior Systems Analyst for the Legislative Information System Augmentation Project in the Office of the
Secretary of the United States Senate. He has more than a decade of experience in information technology and software systems
development across the commercial, education, and government sectors. The problem domains he has worked on include: XML authoring
environments, knowledge management, simulation, game theory, groupware, software development environments, statistical analysis,
and educational software. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
