Wendell Piez, XML/SGML Consultant at Mulberry Technologies, Inc., has been working with SGML, HTML and XML since 1994. A student of language and literature with a B.A. in Classics (Yale, 1984) and a Ph.D. in English (Rutgers, 1991), he is an active member of the Association for Computers and the Humanities. As a developer and consultant, he has helped design end-to-end publishing solutions, written XML DTDs for cross-media publishing, and taught XML and XSLT widely to industry and academic audiences.
