Dale has 20 years experience designing and implementing SGML & XML based systems including content management, Web and print
delivery, and system development. Currently, Dale is President and Senior Trainer / Consultant at aXtive Minds, leading organizations
in the adoption of XML to publishing and business process improvement. Previously Dale was an industry consultant to OASIS,
as well as VP Product Technology at RIA, the Tax Publishing division of the Thomson Corporation. Dale teaches, speaks, and
consults widely on XML and Web development.
