Abstract

RelaxNGCC is an open-source compiler compiler. Some say it’s an XML version of JavaCC. It allows you to quickly develop code that processes XML documents into an application-specific data structure by leveraging a schema. This is a different approach from most of the existing data-binding tools, which try to build the whole object model just from a schema. In this short tutorial, attendees will learn how the approach of RelaxNGCC solves the common problems of the existing data-binding tools, and how RELAX NG is superior to W3C XML Schema in terms of data-binding.
