Peggy Groppo has over twenty years in the publishing business and has participated in the evolution of the industry from paper tape and Linotype machines to the current XML based content management systems delivering dynamic information via the web. She spent ten years with Xyvision, doing pre-sales support, heading customer service, and selling high end publishing solutions. After two years running the U.S. operation of a U.K. publishing company, she joined DMSi as Vice President of Consulting Services. Her expertise in helping customers define their requirements and achieve their objectives has benefited DMSi customers in aerospace, government, commercial, legal and technical documentation. She leads a team of seasoned professionals at DMSi, dedicated to the task of implementing effective, efficient and reliable content management solutions.
