Mr. Chip Gettinger is Vice President of Customer Solutions at Lightspeed Software, Inc. (formerly named TopicalNet) in San Francisco, California. He has over 20 years of experience working with tools for XML content management, single-sourcing, authoring and publishing. At LightSpeed, Mr. Gettinger works with customers to establish technical and business requirements for LightSpeed customer and product development efforts.At Lightspeed Interactive, Mr. Gettinger organized and led the sales engineering department. His efforts with customers helped the company develop its vertical market focus. This focus continues in the company, LightSpeed Software, that recently purchased Lightspeed Interactive. At Chrystal Software, he provided technical sales consulting for XML content management and support for direct sales efforts and reseller partners. Mr. Gettinger also held positions at Document Management Solutions, Harlequin Inc., XyEnterprise and Agfa Corporation.
