Biography

Chris Wheedleton

Mr. Wheedleton is a technology officer, architect, and program manager for the Applied Content Technologies (ACT) Division of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He has over 14 years of experience in the research, design, and application of information technologies to the challenging problems posed by SAIC’s broad customer base, including the US DoD and Intelligence Community. Mr. Wheedleton’s current technical focus involves the insertion of structured markup languages, such as XML, into revolutionary content creation and dissemination environments. Additionally, Mr. Wheedleton has relied on various forms of document, content, and knowledge management applications to provide integrity and access control to content within different digital production reengineering projects. Other relevant areas of experience include workflow, task management, interactive multimedia applications, and computer-based training (CBT).
