focuses on visualization, analysis and management of multimedia data sets, particularly those generated from scientific experiments
and empirical studies of computer systems. Her work emphasizes time-critical visualization and the comparison of multimedia
data sets. She collaborates with experimental scientists in the life and physical sciences to use visualization tools on real
data. She holds a PhD in Mathematices from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
