Her expertise is in building large-scale content management/delivery systems (Web, CDROM, and print) and in the use of XML-related technology in those systems. During the past 4 years, Ms. Holly has led several XML projects for FCG clients. Most recently, she completed a redesign of a Fortune 100 corporate web site to be XML-driven (integrating Documentum Web Publisher, XSLT stylesheets, ATG Dynamo, and Convera RetrievalWare). Previously, she led design of an XML-based application interface between Documentum and Formulation Workstation (an application used by chemists to develop formulas) for a beautycare products manufacturer. For major pharmaceuticals, she led the implementation of a global document management and regulatory publishing system and a pilot "PIM" drug labeling system (integrating Arbortext Epic, Documentum, and XSLT). She also led design of a large machinery manufacturer’s CMS to manage SGML technical documents on a reusable component level and in multiple languages. Previously, Ms. Holly spent 17 years at Reed Technology & Information Services, a database publishing services company, in a variety of analyst, project management, and business management roles. During that time she led several SGML conversion projects and developed numerous content management and publishing systems using SGML and XML. Systems were developed integrating third party tools (Xyvision PDM/XPP, FolioViews, etc.) and on a custom basis (using Oracle, Visual Basic, Perl, Omnimark, etc.). Clients included Lexis Nexis, Thomas Publishing, and Merriam Webster.
