'iNsight'ful Enterprise Web Services

Abstract

iNsight is an Integrated Web Services Development Environment that enables businesses to create, assemble and deploy dynamic enterprise Web Services. These services bring the power of the ebBPSS (Electronic Business - Business Process Specification Schema) to the existing UDDI SOAP Infrastructure.

iNsight allows users to create graphical business workflows, map them to implementation components and provision them to target Service Containers / Application Servers, with support for Security, Transactions and Asynchronous Messaging.

This session demonstrates the creation of sample retail services highlighting the power and ease of ebXML based Web Services.

This session walks through the entire aspect of the Web Service life cycle - creation (includes business process aggregration), assembly of fullfillment components (including process engines), deployment and publication.

The demonstration highlights the following capabilities :

1. Ability to publish Java Components as web services.

2. Support for document based services (JAXM).

3. Service Assembly, Discovery, Aggregation and Publication.

4. Multiple Service Container support. (Sun iPlanet, BEA Weblogic, HP-AS, IBM WebSphere)

5. Multiple SOAP engine support. (Apache / Axis, HP)

6. Visual Choreography for service realizations.

Biography

Rajesh Pradhan is the Founder and Chief Software Architect of the Company. He has in this position been managing projects for clients like Hewlett Packard, 2Bridge Software, MySimon.com etc. He was the Technical Director of FourFront Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India, managing the software development activities of FourFront. He has had a successful career as a technology entrepreneur with demonstrated skills in technology implementation, development and software design architecture. These skills were gained during five and a half years as Founder of FourFront Information Technologies and prior to that at Tata Engineering as Software Engineer (Object Technology). His business interests reflected the rapidly changing technologies of the computer industry.He is an well-acclaimed Internet architect in circles around the world and has co-authored articles on architectural strategies and Object oriented Approaches for international conferences. Rajesh also has experience as a web-based system architect and has consulted extensively in business process engineering. Rajesh is the Chief Architect of the path-breaking new web services products that the Company is bringing to market.Rajesh holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the University of Pune, followed by an MBA, also from the University of Pune
