Are you struggling to publish your information in multiple forms -- Web, print and others -- while keeping it fresh, consistent and complete? XML helps you solve that problem by making it possible to create a single XML-based source of media independent, reusable content for automatic, customizable formatting and publishing to all types of media. The business benefits that come from delivering better information – shaving costs, increasing author efficiency, and reducing time to market – contribute in important but less tangible ways as well, including improving customer satisfaction and retention, and reducing sales and support costs. Attendees of this session will learn how XML provides an organization with a robust, reusable and maintainable information collection.
