Mr. Hollandsworth is responsible for the development and management of Quarem™ software applications, as well as the evaluation
and integration of all third party applications. Prior to founding Quarem, he held several management positions within Sprint
Corporation's software engineering division and was the recipient of the Sprint Technology Leadership Award four consecutive
times. Mr. Hollandsworth spent two years with Northrop Grumman Corporation, a $15 billion global aerospace and defense company,
where he led full cycle development teams through the requirements, analysis, design, code, and test phase of n-tier internet
based applications. He additionally led Northrop Grumman's Web Enabled Enterprise effort, interfacing with key technologists
with Sun, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and Netscape to evaluate and establish optimal platform for enterprise applications. He has
designed and implemented web based business to business web applications to interpret EDI business transactions into web based
supply chain management solutions and played a key role in Sprint's Web Management Integration Team (IPT). In the first part
of 2001, Mr. Hollandsworth has founded an open source API, JAXH, to facilitate large scale web development.
