Graham Moore is VP R&D at empolis. He is also co-editor of the XTM 1.0 TopicMaps specification and active in the SC34 group evolving the TopicMap standard. Graham has been involved in SGML and XML technologies for the past five years and has been most recently been building software based on standards which include XLink, TopicMaps, RDF and Web Services.
