After graduating from University of Vienna with a diploma degree in Business Information Systems Klement J. worked for several consulting companies doing projects in the field of business process redesign and ERP systems. Prior to assuming his current position he worked as research assistant at the Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg in the area of Business Information Systems. Currently he works as assistent project manager and software ingenieur for Zuehlke Engineering, a Swiss engineering and consulting company, in their Open Systems and Unix group. His interests in research and practice are business process design, strategic cooperation, environmental information systems, e-commerce, and component-oriented software development. His latest project involves developing an e-Sales framework based on Java servlets and XML for an industrial client.
