*Registration fees include all meeting materials, luncheons, refreshment breaks, receptions and dinner. Hotel accommodations are not included in these fees; each registrant pays the hotel directly at time of checkout.

Payment Policy: All registrations MUST be accompanied by payment: Check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Company purchase orders or payment requisitions are not considered to be payment.

Confirmation Policy: Confirmations will be sent to all attendees. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy: Substitutions are welcome. For full or partial refund, cancellations must be received in writing or by fax before 12:00 noon on April 6, 2008. After that date, registrants are liable for the entire registration fee.

Registration Deadline: There is no registration deadline for this event. However, in order to ensure proper processing and inclusion in the official attendance roster, registrations should be received by Thursday, March 6, 2008.

Press Registration: Complimentary press registrations are provided at IDEAlliance discretion. Please contact gvolakis@idealliance.org for more information. Please include a link to your periodical's website.

Hotel Accommodations: All hotel accommodations and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.

Conference Registration Privacy Policy: IDEAlliance does not sell, exchange, license, rent or otherwise provide any information (including, without limitation, names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses etc.) concerning persons who attend meetings, seminars, conferences etc. sponsored or co-sponsored by IDEAlliance to third parties. However, by attending a conference sponsored or co-sponsored by IDEAlliance, the attendee consents to IDEAlliance disclosing to other sponsors the names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses of persons who attended the conference.font
