Brief Product Description:

Xinc is an XSL-FO processor which was designed to be fast, multi threaded and memory efficient. A Swing based XSL-FO viewer allows you to view and print XSL-FO files as well
as generate PDF files with the click of a button. Xinc can be used as a server component via its Java API. Xinc can also be used in a Microsoft server environment by using its COM interface.

 

Intended Product Use (market, environment, target documents, etc.):

Xinc is intended for use in development and production environments which require the ability to generate PDF files from XML. Xinc is targeted at midrange customers who don't need the capabilities or expense of a higher-end solution. Xinc runs on Windows and Linux. Other Unix platforms will be supported soon.

 

How much of the XSL-FO specification does your product support (that is, of the FO elements and attributes how many does your product process correctly)?:

·        Xinc supports approximately 71 percent of the XSL-FO elements defined in the current W3C specification.

·        Xinc supports approximately 63 percent of the XSL-FO properties related to print media.

·        Xinc does not support any of the Aural properties.
