- Instead of the extension attrobute 'column-balancing', 
  an empty block with span="all" is added at the end of the flow.
  
- Space specifiers on fo:simple-page-master are replaced by margins.

- Ext-fo:border-* elements replaced by their counterparts in FO namespace.

- Display-align="middle" is not valid; valud changed to "center".

- Replaced fo:inline-container with fo:inline

- Moved markers to be first child of their respective parents.

- 'Border' shorthand components should be separated by spaces, not commas: fixed.
