Changes made to Large_modified.fo:

1. RenderX XEP does not support inline containers. 
   Their occurrences were replaced by tables.

2. alignment-adjust="central" does not affect placement
   of a fo:leader: it specifies position of the alignment
   baseline _on the leader itself_, and does not change 
   the baseline of the parent object. I presume that
   the author meant 'alignment-baseline' instead.

Due to the file size, the changes are supplied as a patch.
