Abstract:
Project monitoring systems become much more usable with the inclusion of software to convert from loosely formatted requirements in a word processing document to formal requirements and test cases. XML encoding of all project management artifacts makes this conversion feasible. The article discusses the main solutions arrived at in the process of building a system implementing this approach.
