Michael Carey
Biography:
Michael Carey is a Technical Director at BEA Systems, Inc. He manages the BEA XQuery engine team and is the architect for the Liquid Data product. Mike was previously a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin and later an IBM Research Staff Member. His expertise lies in databases, especially DBMS internals and performance.
