Biography:
Clive has been a proponent and practitioner of SGML and XML since 1985. As a consultant with several companies, he has performed data modeling and system design and development for many government and commercial clients. From 1991 through 1997, he taught SGML on behalf of the GCA. With SAIC his activities have been in support of the Intelligence Community Metadata Working Group.
