Biography:
Gordon Fullerton is the Executive Sponsor of the Disaster Management eGov Initiative. This program is one of 20 Presidential eGov initiatives, and one of 3 in the homeland security area. It is supervised by the Office of Management and Budget and includes a number of separate agencies. It is managed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Mr. Fullerton is a long time senior staff member of DHS and its predecessor agency the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
