Biography
David Wood is the Chief Technical Officer of Tucana Technologies, Inc. (www.tucanatech.com) and co-chair of the World Wide Web Consortium's Semantic Web Best Practices & Deployment Working Group. Tucana Technologies produces the Tucana Knowledge Server, a scalable and enterprise-ready semantic database management system for RDF and OWL data.
XHTML version 2.0 is approaching Last Call for review at the W3C. The HTML Working Group and the Semantic Web Best Practices & Deployment (SWBP) Working Group are working to incorporate RDF metadata into the XHTML format.
This paper will review the state of the HTML and SWBP Working Group's recommendations with a focus on proposed changes to the XHTML 2. Metamodel.
