Levels of Sponsorship

This year IDEAlliance is coordinating sponsorships for the Proofing Summit with the organizers of the Publishing Executive Expo.  From the back, our meeting room will open directly onto the Publishing Executive Expo floor.  Your booth will be located right outside our meeting room for easy access by attendees, yet it will be accessible to anyone attending the Expo.  This provides the additional benefit of traffic from both the full conference and the Proofing Summit.  Pricing and booth sizes and location must be coordinated with NAPCO, the organizers of the Expo.

Gold Sponsor

The Gold Sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship for the IDEAlliance Proofing Summit.  The Gold Sponsor fee is $3,500 and includes an 8 x 10 booth package on the expo floor.  (Note: this represents a 10% discount from standard booth pricing).  Benefits of this sponsorship level include:

• A full 10' Booth Package.  This includes a standard draped 8X10 area, table with 2 chairs and a wastebasket. Electric and Internet are extra.  Expo packages are available.  The booth will be directly outside the Proofing Summit meeting room for easy access. 
• Your logo will be used on the PubXpo website (www.pubxpo.com) and on all promotional materials for the Publishing Executive Conference.
• Your logo and weblink will be used on the IDEAlliance Proofing Summit website (www.proofsummit.com) and on a promotional mailing specifically for the proofing summit if you are an IDEAlliance member.
• Your logo will be used on handout materials for the summit if you are an IDEAlliance member.
• Your logo and weblink will be maintained on the website archive for the 2008 Proofing Summit for a minimum of 2 years (until March 2010).
• Your company name will be used in all IDEAlliance email blasts.

• Introduction as a Summit Sponsor in the opening session of the Summit

• A speaking position on a panel of your choice during the Summit will be given to IDEAlliance members on a first-come first-serve basis.  See the Program (http://www.proofsummit.com/program/)

• Five (5) complimentary registrations for your staff or customers. 

• A registration roster with contact information for each attendee will be given to each IDEAlliance member sponsor.

Silver Sponsor

The Silver  Sponsorship is the second level of sponsorship for the IDEAlliance Proofing Summit.  The Silver Sponsor fee is $2,500 and includes an 6 x 10 booth package on the expo floor. (Note: this represents a 10% discount from standard booth pricing).  Benefits of this sponsorship level include:

• A 6' Booth Package.  This includes a standard draped 6 foot, table with 2 chairs and a wastebasket. Electric and Internet are extra.  Expo packages are available.  The booth will be directly outside the Proofing Summit meeting room for easy access.
• Your logo and weblink will be used on the IDEAlliance Proofing Summit website (www.proofsummit.com) and on a promotional mailing specifically for the proofing summit if you are an IDEAlliance member.

Supporting Sponsor

The Supporting  Sponsorship is the third level of sponsorship for the IDEAlliance Proofing Summit.  Booth or tabletop space is not part of this sponsorship package.  Benefits of this sponsorship level include:

• Your company name and weblink will be used on the IDEAlliance Proofing Summit website (www.proofsummit.com) and on a promotional mailing specifically for the proofing summit.
• Your name will be used on handout materials for the summit.
• Your name and weblink will be maintained on the website archive for the 2008 Proofing Summit for a minimum of 2 years (until March 2010).
• Your company name will be used in all IDEAlliance email blasts.

• Introduction as a Summit Sponsor in the opening session of the Summit

• Two (2) complimentary registrations for your staff or customers.

Cost of Sponsorship

There are 3 levels of Sponsorship for this event .  Sponsorship income  will go toward underwriting registration fees to lower the price for those attending .  We will only be charging a $225.00 fee for publishers and agencies to attend the summit.
