Payment Policy: All registrations MUST be accompanied by payment: check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Company purchase orders or payment requisitions are not considered to be payment.

Confirmation Policy: Confirmations will be sent to all attendees. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by noon EDT on August 30, 2002 will be refunded less a $75.00 processing fee. No portion of your registration fee will be refunded or credited after that date; no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee. Attendee substitutions from the same company are welcome; please notify our office in advance if possible so that we may properly accommodate the new attendee. In the event of a program cancellation, IDEAlliance is responsible for the registration fee only.

Academic Rate Policy: All academic rate registrations MUST be accompanied by a copy of your student or faculty ID. Academic rates are only applicable to full time students and faculty. Please fax or mail a copy of your ID and registration form (or note somewhere if form has already been submitted over the web).

Registration Deadline: There is no registration deadline for this event. However, in order to ensure proper processing, registrations should be received by Monday, September 16. To receive the Early Bird rate, registrations must be received on or before Friday, August 23.

Press Registration: Complimentary press registrations are provided at IDEAlliance discretion. Please contact registrar@idealliance.org for more information. Please include a link to your periodical's website.

Spouse-Guest Program Registration: The $235.00 Spouse/Guest Fee covers the Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday receptions, plus the Monday dinner. Sponsored Spouse-Guest activities, if provided, are an added benefit and usually free of additional charge. In order to receive a badge and participate in any sponsored programs the spouse or guest must be registered with the SPECTRUM Spouse-Guest Program.

Group Registration Rebate: A Group Registration Rebate is available to those companies/institutions willing to send 4 or more representatives to the conference. If your company/institution is interested in participating in this rebate, please contact the IDEAlliance Registrar for a rebate code. All company/institution representatives must use this code to participate. A field to enter this code has been provided on the registration form.

Rebate: The group registration rebate is 10% off the total registration fees for 4 or more representatives. The total rebate will be refunded directly to the company/institution's corporate headquarters (not the individual) after the event has concluded. For questions, please contact:
