Payment
Policy: All registrations MUST be accompanied
by payment: check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Company purchase orders or payment requisitions are
not considered to be payment.
Confirmation
Policy: Confirmations will be sent via e-mail
to all attendees. Registrations will not be confirmed
until full payment is received.
Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations received in writing by
noon EDT on Septemeber 5, 2003 will be refunded
less a $100.00 processing fee. No portion of your registration
fee will be refunded or credited after that date; no-shows
are liable for the entire conference fee. Attendee substitutions
from the same company are welcome; please notify our
office in advance if possible so that we may properly
accommodate the new attendee. In the event of a program
cancellation, IDEAlliance is responsible for the registration
fee only.
*Academic
Rate Policy: All academic rate registrations
MUST be accompanied by a copy of your student or faculty
ID. Academic rates are only applicable to full time
students and faculty. Please fax or mail a copy of your
ID and registration form.

Registration
Deadline: There is no registration deadline
for this event. However, in order to ensure proper processing,
registrations should be received by Monday, September
5, 2003. To receive the Early Bird rate, registrations
must be received on or before August 15, 2003.

Registration: Complimentary press registrations
are provided at IDEAlliance discretion. Please contact

Spouse-Guest
Program Registration: The $165.00 Spouse/Guest
Fee covers the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday receptions,
plus the Monday Spirit Night dinner. In
order to receive a badge and participate in any sponsored
programs the spouse or guest must be registered with
the SPECTRUM Spouse-Guest Program.
Hotel
Accommodations: All hotel accommodations and
arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.
Attire:
Resort casual attire is suggested. Scheduled events
do not require professional business dress.
Meals:
Your registration fee includes a continental breakfast
Monday and Tuesday, lunch on Sunday and Monday, dinner
on Monday, and receptions Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Additional meals may be provided by sponsoring companies.
