the funds for which come from the sponsorship fees.

opportunities to stand out during the Spirit Night function
on Monday, September 15.

Logo recognition as a SPECTRUM Gateway sponsor, the option
to enhance the "Gateway" theme by providing coffee
cups, insulating collars, napkins or other logo items
is encouraged. Contact David Hultin should you wish to

of your stand with a full color logo sign.

literature-Space will be provided for product literature
and hand-outs in the lobby registration area.

First Choice of Spectrum Gateway station locations. When
the floor plan becomes available, those companies participating
in the SPECTRUM Gateway, including Premier and Classic
sponsors, will receive their choice of location in the
order in which the payment is received. Upon receipt of
your payment, IDEAlliance will advise you of your rank.

Set-up-includes one counter for literature and laptop
set up, one small conversation table, chairs, one 110-Volt
electrical supply, and one sign with company logo in a
common format.

your company's slot, fill out the Sponsorship
Contract and submit to IDEAlliance by
July 31, 2003.
*A
restricted number of slots in the SPECTRUM Gateway to the
Graphic Arts are available, filled on a first-come-first-served
basis. Gateway participants may bring software, systems,
literature, and so forth, but not any additional furniture
or signage. This is not intended to be an exhibit area:
portable booths or items that must be moved by pallet is
prohibited.
