SPECTRUM 2004 HIGHLIGHTS

William L. Allen, Editor-in-Chief at National Geographic Magazine (with Georgia Volakis, IDEAlliance), provided the Keynote address at lunch on Monday. Allen currently serves on the boards of the National Geographic Society, National Geographic Education Foundation, National Space Biomedical Research Institute, Institute of Nautical Archaeology, and the Teton Science School.
