Payment Policy: All registrations MUST be accompanied by payment: check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Company purchase orders or payment requisitions are not considered to be payment.
Confirmation Policy: Confirmations will be sent via e-mail to all attendees. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by 12:00 noon EDT on August 27, 2007 will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. No portion of your registration fee will be refunded or credited after that date; no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee. Attendee substitutions from the same company are welcome; please notify our office in advance if possible so that we may properly accommodate the new attendee. In the event of a program cancellation, IDEAlliance is responsible for the registration fee only.
Registration Deadline: There is no registration deadline for this event. However pre-registration closes @ 12:00 noon EDT September 28, 2007. Registrations after that time will behandled at the conference.
Press Registration: Complimentary press registrations are provided at IDEAlliance discretion. Please contact gvolakis@idealliance.org for more information. Please include a link to your periodical's website.
Spouse-Guest Registration: The Spouse/Guest Fee covers all evening social events and any spouse/guest scheduled events.
Hotel Accommodations: All hotel accommodations and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. See Hotel/Venue Information page.
Attire: Casual attire is suggested. Scheduled events do not require professional business dress.
