The following data items are requested when submitting presentation proposals. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted:

As a New User:
  • Name (Prefix, First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Suffix)
  • Job Title
  • Affiliation
  • Contact Info (Phone, Mobile, Fax, E-mail, Web Site)
  • Address (Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country)
  • Biographical Information (max 250 words)
For Paper Submissions:
  • Presentation Title
  • Topic Areas/Tracks: Applications, Browser Technology, Core Technologies, Open Data, and Panel Discussions
  • Audience Level: High Level view, in the middle, Technical view
  • Key words (see list of recommended keywords)
  • Brief Session Description - used for website and printed materials (max 255 characters)
  • Technical Needs for Presentation
  • Paper Abstract (max 500 words)
For Tutorial Submissions:
  • Tutorial Title
  • Audience Level: High Level view, in the middle, Technical view
  • Key words (see list of recommended keywords)
  • Brief Session Description - used for website and printed materials (max 255 characters)
  • Delegate Prerequisites
  • Technical Needs for the Presentation
  • Technical Needs for the Delegates
  • Duration - Half Day or Full Day
  • Tutorial Abstract (max 500 words)
