Just like there is a periodic table of elements in science, there is a periodic table of elements in your mind – THE (12) LANGUAGES OF THE MIND: (MANY OF THEM HAVE A BRAND EFFECT & PERCEPTION)

• Shape : angles send a different message than curves
• Numbers : a language of relativity…many or few
• Phonemes : sounds represented by letters of the alphabet
• Color : often combined with shape and radiance
• Proximity : near/far, large/small, left/right, up/down
• Music : any sound that isn’t a phoneme
• Radiance : energy sent outward or sucked inward
• Motion : fast/slow
• Symbols : messages with secondary meaning
• Taste : tongues do it
• Feel : skin and muscles do it
• Smell : noses do it
